All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility & Exceptions

• Items must be in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Hygiene Notice: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or tried on.
